All types of living accommodations exist – Full Time, Seasonal and Weekenders. Vermilion Shores provides a full repertoire of services and maintenance including grass mowing, maintenance and snow removal for those living here full time and those visiting on weekends. All services are managed by an excellent Professional Management Organization and the results are apparent.
Vermilion Shores is approximately 34 miles West of Cleveland Providing access to Cleveland Hopkins Airport via Interstate and State highways. Locations for storing your boat are within 2 miles. Sport fishing on Lake Erie is a major attraction to the area. Entertainment facilities including Cedar Point, a nationally known attraction is approximately 26 miles to the West, And the Lake Erie Islands are available via ferry service from Port Clinton just West of Sandusky (home of Cedar Point).
Within Vermilion Shores, the welcoming Lighthouse, the charming Residents’ Club is the perfect place for a social gathering, a leisurely swim, a friendly game of tennis, or an exhilarating workout at the fitness center. Of course, swimming in Lake Erie is available when Lake conditions are suitable. Many residents have kayaks for lake boating.
